Social impact cannot be performative or symbolic. PagerDuty is taking concrete action to bring about real, meaningful change.”

Jennifer Tejada (she/her)

Chief Executive Officer, PagerDuty

As the social impact arm of PagerDuty, PagerDuty.org was formed in 2018 to elevate the work of nonprofits and social enterprises.

Our mission is to meet urgent needs faster to advance justice and health, and our vision is a responsive world where everyone has the freedom to thrive.

International Medical Corps

This Social Impact Report is the first of its kind at PagerDuty. It describes our 2020 impact, in collaboration with our social impact customers, community partners, and employees—articulating how we are working together to build a more equitable and healthy world.

When We All Vote

At Pagerduty.org, we strive to keep our core principles—trust, collaboration, and open sourcing—at the center of our work, whether that’s responding quickly to the urgent and interconnected challenges of 2020 or working strategically to advance health and equity in our communities.”

Olivia Khalili (she/her)

Methodology

Dates covered:

Except where noted, all figures are reported for the 2020 calendar year.

Employee volunteering and giving:

Data around employee volunteering and giving were pulled from PagerDuty’s internal database in Benevity.

Nonprofit customers:

The number of nonprofit customers reported here includes only organizations receiving product discounts and credits through our Impact Pricing program. For Impact Pricing eligibility criteria, see: https://www.pagerduty.com/foundation-eligibility/

Value of product donations and discounts:

Product donations and discounts were calculated by adding the ARR (annual recurring revenue) dollar value of product discounts provided to all organizations participating in Impact Pricing.
