At the same time, these organizations can be heavily constrained by tight resources. Seconds matter, and teams need an intuitive solution that can be set up in minutes—a platform to orchestrate real-time response and empower the right action across DevOps, Security, Customer Service, and more. PagerDuty meets this need by combining machine automation and human action, and directing the most urgent work—helping organizations achieve maximum impact in the communities they serve.
With Impact Pricing, Nonprofits and B Corps can access ten free Professional licenses, as well as discounted training and pro bono support.
In 2020, we expanded this program with COVID-19 Response Pricing, which provided 20 free licenses for healthcare organizations. As in-person interactions moved online, we supported our existing Impact Customers in further integrating PagerDuty technology to support emerging workflows—from suicide prevention and organ donation to global food access and disaster response. We also saw increased demand from new customers in the fields of online education, election technology, and essential human services.
